About Casewell
Most organisations face their hardest decisions with either expensive, slow advice or fast answers they cannot verify. Casewell exists to close that gap: sourced research at the speed of software, owned by advisors who have run businesses themselves.
Every engagement starts with research that is sourced, cited and checked before any advice is given.
Recommendations are tested against what it actually takes to operate, staff and govern a business.
We have nothing to sell except the answer. We take no vendor commissions and push no software, so our advice has no agenda behind it.

Leadership · Founder & Lead Advisor
Casewell is led by Sekhar Chandra Kumar, who spent decades in senior operating leadership. He has run airline operations as COO of Air India Express and built ventures in insurance, customer operations and education, working across India, Nepal and the Gulf.
Since 2012 he has advised organisations and coached senior leaders independently. He brings an operator's view of what it takes for a plan to work on the ground.
Began his career on the engineering side of the national carrier.
Progressed through engineering, commercial, brand management, communications and operational leadership roles.
Led operations at the airline, with responsibility for stability, utilisation and cross-functional coordination.
Advises aviation businesses and start-ups, and coaches senior leaders.
After the May 2010 Mangalore accident, he helped lead stakeholder communication and the resolution of about 180 compensation claims. The lesson stays with him: in difficult moments, organisations are judged by how clearly, fairly and consistently they act.
Casewell's research and diagnostic tools support the advisory work — they gather evidence and structure analysis. Judgment and recommendations come from the advisor.
A short conversation is usually enough to tell whether we can help, and how.
